Have you always wanted to play violin duets in a group? Or do you aspire to play in your community orchestra, but need some ensemble experience before joining? Improve your reading skills and technique in this exciting multi-level group! You will enjoy playing classical, folk, and fiddle tunes after warming up on scales and left-hand and right-arm bowing exercises. The required books are The ABCs of Duets for Violin and The ABCs of Violin for the Intermediate, Book 2. We have often moved on to learning 3rd position in The ABCs of Violin for the Advanced, Book 3, plus Vibrato! Please contact the instructor before registering to state your level: Jaya Varma
