Have you always wanted to join a string orchestra for violin, viola, cello and double bass? Enjoy playing familiar classical, popular and original pieces in this exciting beginning and intermediate level ensemble! The required books are the ABCs of Strings Orchestra parts for your instrument. Additional publications are listed below. Also, have fun warming up on scales and bowing exercises. Please contact the instructor before registering to state your level. Ms. Yi-Hsiu Liu

*Trapeze Waltz by Joseph Compello
*String Fever by Andrew Balant
*Pachelbel's Canon, Andrew Balant arrangement
The ABCs of String Orchestra parts and all other orchestra publications are sold at the Harvard Coop, Brattle Street entrance. Go to the Textbook section near the registers on the 3rd floor. Big CCAE sign!
They are also sold at your local music store. If they are not in stock at your favorite store please ask them to order the books through Carl Fischer Music.
